EGMO 2022 will start in 4 four months, on 6 April 2022. More than 50 countries have pre-registered. We hope that the pandemic permits, and for most of the teams it will be possible to travel to Eger and participate in the contest on site. Thanks to the team leaders, we have received many interesting problem proposals. The annual regulations will be published in December 2021. As for the location of the contest, you can find new articles on the webpage on the Castle of Eger, other interesting sights in Eger (including the cathedral of Eger or the Beatles Museum), and on Hungarian cuisine. As for maths, you can also find out how the seven dwarfs are related to coding theory (and an EGMO problem from 2013), and how Hungarian mathematicians contributed to the areas of geometry, combinatorics, algebra and number theory.
