A summary of the first contest day is available on our facebook page. On Friday and Saturday, the contestants get 3 plus 3 problems to solve, in the areas of algebra, combinatorics, geometry and number theory. They have four and a half hours for the contest. They can get the problems in several languages, and in most of the cases, they can write their solutions using their native languages. After the contest, in the afternoon, together with the guides, the participants could do sports, visit the Eger Castle or the Bishop’s Garden, or participate in Estimathon, organized by some colleagues of Jane Street. Online participants could participate Mission Venus.
