EGMO 2022 has started! Many participants have already arrived to Eger, you can find photos and video from the arrival day on our facebook page. The opening ceremony was held on 7 April, Thursday, 10:00 Central European Summer Time (UTC +2). You could follow it online, live, or you can watch it later. You can also find the programme on our webpage, both for participation in Eger and online.
During the opening ceremony, Viviane Kehl, the president of the EGMO Advisory Board said warm words about Yulia Zdanovkska, a former EGMO participant who was killed in Kharkiv, Ukraine on 3 March, 2022, at age of 21. You can read a personal an obituary about her by Mark Nash.
